Shipping Policy

We process your order within 1-2 business days after payment received. We provide different ways to ship the items:
- Air mail normally takes 6-14 business days.We can ship inexpensive items to P.O. box address. Total amount over US$50 requires signature. Shipping fee is the same to worldwide.
- EMS (Express Mail Service) by HK Post, normally takes about 3-5 business days to most big cities. It's fast and safe, most suitable for high price items. Shipping fee is about the same to worldwide.
- Fedex, 2-4 business days, fast and secure but more expensive than the above 2 methods, suitable for expensive ivory carvings or diamond jewelry.

We offer combine shipping fee discount if you buy multiple items. For 2" Netsuke only add US$1.00 per piece, for jewelry, mostly add $1-$3 per piece, for expensive diamond/ gold/ pearl jewelry, buyers can only choose EMS or Fedex to ship multiple pieces. Other size items, shipping fee varies according to the weight and size . The shipping fee will be calculated automatically after you login.

Taxes:

We don't charge any sales taxes, buyers are responsible pay for their own country custom duty if there is any.

Return Policy:

We will refund the price if the item is not as described, damaged in transportation. You can return it within 30 days. Shipping fee and insurance is not refundable. The item should be returned to sender in its original condition by registered air mail.
